Delivery Information

We send all UK orders via Royal Mail's special service that is tracked and requires a signature upon delivery.  All deliveries within the UK are free of charge. 
Once you have placed your order, your item(s) will be dispatched promptly and will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days.  If no one is available to accept the parcel, a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery.
If your postal code is classed as a ‘UK remote area’, your order may incur a surcharge.

If you require your order urgently, please let us know as we can usually ensure that this is sent for next day delivery if the order is placed before 3pm. 
Matilda and Quinn are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.  If your purchase is made when we are closed, your delivery will be processed on the next working day when we re-open.

Online purchases are currently available to most countries in Europe as well as to the USA and Australia.

Returns Policy

Our policy

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Matilda & Quinn tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. If the clothes are returned soiled (from make-up, etc), the customer will be charged for dry cleaning.
Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage. 

Where provided, belts, dust bags and other accessories must be included with your return.

Late Returns

Full priced items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.  Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Matilda & Quinn.
Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
